Stageflow is founded by a team of technology and event professionals on a mission to replace fragmented tools with one connected platform. We combine a powerful organiser backoffice with a white-label attendee experience — so you can plan your programme, manage registrations, run live day, and engage your audience without spreadsheets or disconnected apps.

Our story

Our journey in events started during the Covid pandemic, when an event agency engaged us to move their conferences from physical to digital. Since then, we've worked almost full time in events — helping agencies digitalise, building platforms for onsite, hybrid, and online conferences, and learning firsthand what event teams actually need.

We've been there — juggling countless spreadsheets, managing endless email threads, and facing the frustration of disconnected event management tools. We've worked side by side with project managers, session organisers, client managers, and copywriters, and we saw how scattered information and a lack of centralised collaboration leads to confusion, missed deadlines, and a less-than-stellar event experience.

Stageflow started as a planning tool for programme and showflow management. It evolved into a full event operating system — powering large-scale conferences with registration, live day attendance, networking, email campaigns, fair layouts, awards voting, and onsite badging. We built it to improve our own workflow first. Now we share it with event professionals like you.
