1. Acceptance of terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Stageflow at stageflow.eu (the "Website" and, together with the platform and related services, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Stageflow is an EU-based event management platform that helps organisers plan, publish and run events. It provides an organiser back office and a white-label attendee platform for registration, programme, live day, networking and related event operations.

3. User accounts

To use certain features you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service to create and manage legitimate events, organise professional content, and facilitate networking.

You may not use the Service to:

break any law or regulation;
infringe intellectual property rights;
harass, abuse or harm others;
distribute spam, malware or harmful content;
attempt unauthorised access to systems;
use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
impersonate others or provide false information.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to use that content only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you share.

The Service and its original content are owned by Stageflow and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or distribute our proprietary content without our prior written consent. Third-party content is used at your own risk.

6. Privacy and data protection

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect personal data.

7. Payment terms

Payment for Stageflow services is processed by card or bank transfer on a monthly or yearly subscription. You are billed on the first day of each billing cycle. You can manage payment details in your account settings. For billing help, contact contact@stageflow.eu.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled during the trial.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where reasonably possible. We are not liable for temporary interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stageflow from claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may end your Stageflow subscription at any time by giving seven days' written notice to contact@stageflow.eu. Access ends at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. We will retain data for a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.
